The Administration of Shipping selected IQusion as the executor for the electronic document management system update project

The State Service of Maritime and Inland Water Transport and Shipping of Ukraine (Administration of Shipping), through an open tender, selected IQusion IT LLC as the provider of technical support and maintenance services for the electronic document management and business process automation system Megapolis.DocNet (EDMS Megapolis.DocNet).

Tender details are available on the Prozorro website. Services will be performed until December 31, 2023.

The project includes:

Technical support and maintenance of the computer program “Electronic Document Management and Business Process Automation System Megapolis.DocNet”:

– routine EDMS maintenance;

– restoration of EDMS functionality in case of unforeseen situations;

– optimization of EDMS application software operation to improve the quality of the software complex;

– consultations on EDMS installation and configuration in test and production environments, internal structure and architecture, software components, interfaces, metadata, and data structures of the EDMS.

Information support for software product maintenance via the Executor’s “Hotline” according to Customer requests:

– providing the Customer with the ability to create requests in the “Hotline” internet system, view and edit request registers according to granted rights at any time;

– receiving requests via email and phone from Customer employees, registering them in the “Hotline” internet system.

– coordination and tracking of Customer request fulfillment by the “Hotline” service manager;

– automatic notification from the “Hotline” system to the request author’s email address about the progress of its execution;

– weekly distribution by the “Hotline” service to the Customer of informational reports on request status: registers of completed and uncompleted requests; request statistics by authors;

– monthly distribution by the “Hotline” service to the Customer of summaries on request fulfillment status (for the month):

• request statistics by authors;
• register of completed requests for the month;
• register of uncompleted requests at the end of the reporting period with planned completion dates.
