This is an information system designed to automate processes involving regulatory and other types of documents, as well as to maintain an electronic archive in commercial and public structures.

This is a software module designed to automate processes involving regulatory and other types of documents, as well as to maintain an electronic archive in commercial and public structures. For storing documents in the Megapolis repository, the ability to form a hierarchical catalog structure with unlimited depth is implemented. It is possible to configure forms, attributes, document statuses, and user access rights. Documents of any format can be uploaded to the repository. Connections between documents are displayed visually. The solution easily integrates with various software, forming a unified information environment for the enterprise. Hardware requirements are twice lower than for other similar platforms. And thanks to the flexibility and logical interface of Megapolis.Repository, the system can be maintained by in-house staff without the need for developer assistance. Regulatory document database and electronic data storage This information system is designed to automate processes involving regulatory and other types of documents, as well as to maintain an electronic archive in commercial and public structures. Megapolis.Repository covers all stages of the document lifecycle: from creating templates and drafts to organizing document storage with the possibility of using a qualified electronic signature (QES). Megapolis.Repository: Allows creating catalog structures (folders) with unlimited hierarchy depth; Supports the ability to configure access levels to catalogs and documents; Ensures authorized access to the system and corporate archive; Allows storing large files, as well as configuring forms, attributes, document statuses, and user access rights. With Megapolis.Repository, you can increase the productivity and reliability of enterprise systems, even when a large number of users work collaboratively with documents. Document search is performed by attributes and content. Flexibility and logical interface  Megapolis.Repository allows the system to be maintained by in-house staff without the need for developer assistance.  The repository can be quickly and easily integrated with various software, allowing for the formation of a unified information environment for the enterprise.  Hardware requirements are two times lower than for other similar platforms.
