Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine selected IQusion for the implementation of Megapolis.DocNet

The Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine ordered services from IQusion IT LLC for the supply and configuration of updates to the computer program «Electronic Document Management System «Megapolis.DocNet», along with the provision of the corresponding permit (license) for the right to use the Megapolis.DocNet Software Product. 

Megapolis.DocNet is an electronic document management system (EDMS) that supports the entire document lifecycle – from preparing document drafts and signing them with QES to storing them in a secure electronic archive. The system ensures information availability, timely and prompt decision-making, and document tracking at all stages of its lifecycle. It also improves the overall quality of document preparation and processing, and enhances control over executive discipline. The EDMS allows for the segregation of powers and access, as well as simultaneous processing of documents by several employees. The EDMS ensures information availability, timely and prompt decision-making, and document tracking at all stages of its lifecycle.
