IQusion implements electronic document management for Hlevakha Settlement Council

IQusion IT LLC won a tender on June 26, 2025, for the supply and implementation of software for the electronic document management system of the Hlevakha Settlement Council. The order includes the deployment of the Megapolis.DocNet solution for 40 users with support for data exchange with state systems.

The project covers supply, installation, configuration, population with a regulatory framework, user training, and consulting. Upon completion of the implementation, the system will operate in pilot mode, and the customer will receive 6 months of warranty support with prompt incident response.

The company will also provide a complete set of technical and operational documentation in Ukrainian, as well as training materials for all categories of users – from managers to administrators. The implementation will enable the settlement council to transition to a modern level of document management.
