IQusion Provides Technical Support for Digital Solutions to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy

On May 14, 2025, IQusion IT LLC signed a contract with the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine to provide technical support services for a computer program. The cooperation aims to ensure the stable and uninterrupted operation of the ministry’s digital infrastructure.

As part of the project, IQusion IT provides qualified technical assistance, prompt incident resolution, software updates, and user consultations. Services are rendered in accordance with SLA levels, with incident logging and response time monitoring.

This will enable the Ministry to maintain the reliability of its systems, minimize the risks of failures, and respond promptly to critical situations in the digital environment.
