IQusion implements a document management system in Myronivka community

On May 13, 2025, IQusion IT LLC signed an agreement with Myronivka City Council for the implementation of the computer program “Document Management System”. The solution is designed to optimize the internal processes of the local government body, ensure efficient work with incoming and outgoing documentation, and provide digital archiving.

As part of the project, a document management system will be deployed with individual customization of roles, document templates, and approval routes. The IQusion IT team will carry out the installation, initial system population, employee training, and provide technical documentation and instructions.

The solution will allow Myronivka City Council to transition to modern management standards, reduce the volume of paper document flow, and improve control over the execution of administrative acts.
