IQusion has developed a tool for remote conducting of the competition for obtaining a public position

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has introduced changes to the Procedure for conducting a competition for public service positions, namely:

The possibility of conducting interviews remotely via video conference to determine the winner(s) of the competition by the appointing authority or the head of the public service has been provided. Members of competition commissions can now also participate remotely in meetings of competition commissions*. 

The “Commission” Module fully complies with the Procedure for conducting a competition for public service positions and is already actively used by the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service Affairs.

And importantly, the use of the Module ensures proper conditions for conducting competitions in compliance with social distancing rules and prevents the spread of acute respiratory disease in Ukraine, in particular, it protects participants in the competitive selection – both candidates and commission representatives.

The “Commission” Module offers:

— Planning of competitive selection;

— Formation of the list of Competition Commission Members;

— Formation of the list of candidates for public service positions and evaluation criteria;

— Automated generation of Interview Results Statement and Commission Meeting Protocol;

— Online evaluation of candidates by Commission Members according to defined criteria;

— Use of EDS by Commission Members when preparing Interview Results Statements;

— Full protection of information and documents created in the system.
