IQusion selected as electronic document management system provider for SE “Ukravtogaz”

After a tender procedure, IQusion IT LLC was selected as the provider of licenses for the Megapolis.DocNet electronic document management and business process automation system (hereinafter – EDMS).

The customer was the subsidiary enterprise “UKRAVTOGAZ” of the National Joint Stock Company “NAFTOGAZ UKRAINE”.

Key operating principles of Megapolis.DocNet EDMS:

– multi-user operating mode;

– single entry of information and its multiple use;

– ability to configure access rights to information, functions, and operations of the EDMS;

– ensuring information protection in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine;

– ergonomic, intuitive interface for EDMS users;

– simplified interface for managers, ensuring prompt document processing;

– a unified database of documented information and centralized document storage, which prevents their duplication at all levels;

– presence of an effective end-to-end document search system, including full-text search;

– retrieval of information using multi-criteria queries;

– availability of document history – logging of all actions with the document (creation, correction, deletion, movement, adding resolutions, adding assignments, etc.) within the EDMS;

– data security through segregation of access rights to documents and their attributes, logging user actions, data backup;

– possibility of full and/or partial delegation of powers by the EDMS administrator from one user to another for a specified period (transfer of access rights to EDMS objects, transfer of document viewing rights, transfer of full duty performance rights, etc.);

– adaptability, scalability, and manageability of the EDMS;

– availability of simple means for updating EDMS software through developer-provided patches, which can be installed by the EDMS administrator and simultaneously take effect for all EDMS user workstations without distorting personal settings;

– reliable operation by minimizing requirements for the user’s workstation hardware and software and performing the main EDMS functionality at the server level;

– ability for users to work simultaneously with a document; – application and creation of document templates, ensuring the ability to create new documents based on templates;

– support for working with E-signature;

– support for generating notification messages about document status and other events occurring within the EDMS.
