Accounting Chamber Selects IQusion for Technical Support of Megapolis.DocNet EDMS

The Accounting Chamber is one of the bodies authorized to control compliance with budget legislation. The powers of the Accounting Chamber include controlling the receipt and use of state budget funds; the formation, servicing, and repayment of public debt; the efficiency of state budget fund management; and the use of local budget funds in terms of transfers provided from the state budget.

At the end of each quarter, the Accounting Chamber submits to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine conclusions on the state of state budget fund receipts and their use, as well as proposals for eliminating violations identified in the reporting budget period.

Recently, the state body ordered from IQusion IT LLC after conducting procurement procedures stipulated by law services for technical support of the Megapolis.DocNet Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).

A number of requirements are stipulated for the monthly support of the Megapolis.DocNet EDMS software product and business process automation for 600 licenses. Specifically, IQusion IT LLC is obliged to provide technical support for administering user rights to access EDMS functions, updating reference information, controlling the creation of database backups, using EDMS functionality, and restoring EDMS operability in case of unforeseen situations. The response time to a customer request must not exceed 24 hours from the moment of contact.
