Borodyanka Village Council chose IQusion for document management system automation

The Borodyanka Village Council selected IQusion IT LLC as the contractor for the implementation of an electronic document management system after completing all tender procedures stipulated by law. Information about the procurement details has been published on Prozorro, and a Notice of Intent to Conclude a Contract has also been published.

“With the aim of developing and implementing modern computer information technologies, ensuring the proper use of the technical base of the Borodyanka Village Council in the area of document management, improving the procedure for information interaction between departments and information transfer, and saving funds on paper resources, funds were allocated by Decision No. 3319-41-VIII of the 41st session of the Borodyanka Village Council dated 06.09.2023 for the procurement of a paperless electronic document management system,” states the procurement announcement.

According to the tender conditions, IQusion IT LLC will transfer licenses for the right to use the EDMS software for 60 + 3 users. The deadline for delivery of goods, performance of works, or provision of services is December 31, 2023. The licensed software expands the capabilities of the electronic document management system for data exchange with the System of Electronic Interaction of Executive Authorities. The software also allows the use of the electronic document management system on mobile devices with various operating systems (iOS, Android).
