Electronic Document Management System and CRM, ERP, HRM: Integration Features
Electronic document management is becoming increasingly common in the business environment, as it significantly simplifies document management and increases company productivity. However, to gain maximum benefit, it is important to integrate the electronic document management system with other IT systems such as CRM, ERP, and HRM. Mykhailo Vihovskyi, a member of the Intecracy Group Supervisory Board, spoke about this during a presentation on the advantages of electronic document management technology for Ukrainian enterprises of various forms of ownership on October 16, 2023.
