IQusion IT LLC provides support services for the electronic document management and business process automation system «Megapolis.DocNet» for the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.

The services are provided within the framework of a procurement conducted through the Prozorro electronic public procurement system (procurement identifier UA-2026-01-19-010408-a). The subject of the procurement is defined according to classifier ДК 021:2015: 72260000-5 — Software-related services.

System support includes technical support for the software, ensuring stable operation of the information system, updating functional modules, and maintaining the efficient operation of the institution’s digital infrastructure.

The Megapolis.DocNet platform ensures centralized document management, control over task execution, automation of internal business processes, and the organization of modern electronic document management in government agencies.
