IQusion IT provides system support for Kryvyi Rih’s digital services

IQusion IT has started providing software system support services for “Center for Electronic Services” of Kryvyi Rih City Council. The cooperation aims to ensure the uninterrupted operation of electronic document management systems and the automation of key municipal processes.

The project is being implemented based on the results of a tender in the Prozorro system (procurement identifier: UA-2026-01-14-011546-a). Services are provided in accordance with classifier ДК 021:2015: 72250000-2 (Services related to systems and support).

System support from IQusion IT includes:

• Technological Stability: Monitoring and maintaining the operability of information systems under high load.
• Regular Updates: Updating software components to meet modern security and functionality requirements.
• User Support: Prompt consultation for Center specialists for effective use of digital tools.

Document management automation allows Kryvyi Rih City Council to significantly speed up request processing, increase management transparency, and ensure high quality of electronic services for city residents.
