IQusion IT to provide document management support for Ukrtransbezpeka

LLC “IQusion IT” won a tender dated May 20, 2025, for the provision of technical support services for the Megapolis.DocNet electronic document management system for the State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety.

Under the contract, the company will ensure continuous support for the system’s operation: software updates, bug fixes, server and database support, as well as adapting the system to changes in the organizational structure. Special attention is paid to user support via a hotline, prompt processing of requests, and distribution of monthly reports.

Technical support includes Linux server administration, PostgreSQL 11+ maintenance, backup configuration, and consultations on the operation of the system’s functional modules. IQusion IT guarantees the operational integrity of Megapolis.DocNet throughout the entire contract period.
