IQusion presented an innovative solution for contract management

As part of a business process digital transformation project for Ukrainian businesses and government agencies, IQusion IT LLC presented a new contract management solution. The development is based on the modern low-code platform Scriptum. The main purpose of this new product is to optimize and increase the efficiency of document management for companies.

The presentation was conducted by IQusion Director Serhii Balashuk and Intecracy Group Supervisory Board member Mykhailo Vihovskyi, who shared their vision of the new product’s advantages.

Here are the main functions that simplify working with contracts:

• Set deadlines for contract-related tasks. Responsible parties receive reminders, and managers can see at any time who has the contract and at what stage of approval it is.
• Configure contract approval routes of any complexity without developer assistance and sign documents using QES.
• Create templates for easy generation of any contracts to make all company agreements standardized and unified.
• Link contracts with appendices, acts, invoices, and other documents manually or automatically using AI to view all related documents in one click.
• Receive all important information from the contract concisely and structured – AI recognizes all data from the contract sent by the counterparty and automatically fills in the contract card.
• Send the contract to the counterparty via external document management systems such as Deals, Вчасно, ПТАХ, M.E.Doc, etc. — by email or through an electronic cabinet.
