Malovilshanska Village Council switches to electronic document management from IQusion

The Malovilshanska Village Council ordered services from IQusion IT LLC for the supply and implementation of an electronic document management system.

The subject of the procurement includes all components (parts) necessary for the creation and implementation of an electronic document management system in the Malovilshanska Village Council:

Licensed software for the electronic document management system, which will form the basis of the electronic document management system for a total of 19 users (hereinafter – EDMS);

Licensed software that expands the capabilities of the electronic document management system for data exchange with the System of Electronic Interaction of Executive Bodies;

Licensed software that expands the capabilities of the electronic document management system for its use by users on mobile devices with various operating systems (iOS, Android) for 1 user

EDMS implementation services (supply, installation, configuration, training, and user consulting).

IQusion IT LLC provides warranty support for the EDMS software for at least 6 months after the EDMS is put into pilot operation. The total number of EDMS users is 19. EDMS implementation services (software installation and configuration, populating the database with regulatory and reference information, training and consulting for EDMS users and EDMS maintenance personnel) are provided in volumes sufficient for the EDMS to be put into pilot operation in the Malovilshanska Village Council.
