State Audit Service of Ukraine chose IQusion for support of IAS “Public Debt Management”

The State Audit Service of Ukraine is a central executive body in the form of an inspection, whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Finance of Ukraine, and which implements state policy in the field of state financial control. Recently, the State Audit Service ordered services from IQusion IT LLC for the support of the computer program “Information-Analytical System “Public Debt Management”” after conducting tender procedures stipulated by law.

The services will be provided until December 31, 2023. The purpose of providing the Services is to ensure effective and operational information-analytical support for the public debt management process using the IAS PDM tools. They include support for IAS PDM (updating, ensuring stable operation, and user support), configuration with adaptation of the “Reference Rate Replacement” algorithm of the “Accounting and Planning” subsystem of IAS PDM, as well as configuration with adaptation of the “Accounting for Public Sector Enterprise Borrowings” subsystem of IAS PDM to a new software platform.

IQusion also undertakes to provide user support for the system — from providing consultations to participating in the preparation of draft regulatory documents regarding technical and technological issues of operation (if necessary).
